We founded Rocket Kitchen out of a deep love for healthy fast food, for food that is fresh, nutritious, and authentic. We only use real ingredients here at Rocket Kitchen. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. 

Rocket Kitchen was born in 2017 as a small cafe at the corner of San Pedro and 

Paseo del Norte. Over the past two years, our little cafe has blossomed into two thriving restaurants with more to come, and franchising opportunities in the future.
